Why did my subscription price change?
As we work to bring you more coverage from New York (and more ways to enjoy it) our prices and plans may change. Adjustments to subscription prices allow us to grow our editorial products and subscriber experience. We also adjust plans to respond to changes in market (like taxes or inflation).
How will I know if my price is changing?
We will notify you ahead of time about any changes coming to your account. If your price is increasing, you will receive an email from us detailing the amount and changes to your plan. You’ll see the change reflected on the billing cycle following your initial notice.
I was not notified of a price change to my account. How will I know if my account is changing?
If you’ve not been notified by New York, your subscription rate will remain as is on your next billing cycle. If this changes, you will be notified ahead of time.
How long can I stay on my current rate?
If you signed up for one of our subscriptions on our promotional rate, you will be locked into this introductory rate for one year. After one year has passed, you will then be upgraded to the standard rate for our subscription plans.
Can I stay on my current billing rate?
We apply new plan prices to all of our subscribers once a price update is announced.
