Monthly Plans
Monthly subscribers are not eligible for a refund. Customers may request to cancel at any time.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, with continued digital access until the expiration date.
Annual Digital Plans
Annual Digital subscribers can request a prorated refund within 7 days of their initial purchase or automatic renewal date.
After 7 days, the subscription is no longer eligible for a refund. Customers may cancel at any time — your subscription stays active, and digital access continues until the expiration date.
Print + Digital Plans
Print + Digital Annual subscribers can request a prorated refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or automatic renewal date. After 7 days, prorated refunds are no longer available.
- Promotional items (totes, beanies, etc.): subscriptions that include a promotional item are not eligible for refunds within the first year of billing.
- Missed deliveries: print subscribers may be eligible for partial refunds for missed deliveries, except where the delivery address has been deemed undeliverable by USPS.
Customers may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period — digital access continues through expiration, and print deliveries continue as scheduled.
Gift Subscriptions

Important Gift subscriptions are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, regardless of purchase date or redemption status. |
- Gift recipients have up to 12 months from the purchase date to redeem and activate their subscription.

Once activated, the gift subscription will not automatically renew.
