Annual Subscriptions
Digital
Annual Digital Subscribers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of their subscription and/or the start of their annual automatic renewal date.
Print + Digital
Subscribers canceling their Print + Digital subscription online will maintain digital and print access until the end of their current term. The subscription will not automatically renew, and access will expire on the last day of the plan.
If you would like to end your subscription immediately for a prorated refund, please contact our customer care team through our help desk. Print subscribers are also eligible for partial refunds for missed deliveries of the magazine, except in instances when the address provided has been marked as undeliverable by the United States Postal Service.
Refunds will be reflected within 10 business days on the card used to purchase the subscription.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscribers are not entitled to a refund at this time; however, if you cannot access your account, please submit a support request here.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are not eligible for a refund once the account becomes active.
The account becomes active once the gift code has been redeemed, and the recipient is asked to create their digital login. Recipients will have 12 months to activate their subscription.
Please be advised that except for our gift subscriptions, all of our subscriptions are set to auto-renew unless you opt to cancel at the end of your billing cycle through your account page.
