- Annual Digital Subscribers can receive a refund within a 7 day grace period, from the start of their automatic renewal. To request a refund, you can contact one of our dedicated customer care agents through our help desk.
- Print + Digital
- Annual Print and Digital Subscribers who cancel in their first term are eligible for a prorated refund for un-mailed issues of the magazine. Print and Digital subscribers who cancel 30 days prior to their annual renewal, will receive an automatic prorated refund upon cancellation.
- Refunds will be reflected within 10 business days on the card used to purchase the subscription. Print subscribers are also eligible for partial refunds for missed deliveries of the magazine, except in instances when the address provided has been marked as undeliverable by the United States Postal Service.
Monthly subscribers are not entitled to a refund at this time, however if you have not been able to access your account, please submit a request here.
Gift subscriptions are not eligible for a refund once the account becomes active.
The account become active, once their gift code has been redeemed and the recipient is asked to create their digital login. Recipients will have 12 months to activate their subscription.
Please be advised, with the exception of our gift subscriptions, all of our subscriptions are set to auto-renew unless you opt to cancel at the end of your billing cycle through your account page.
