If you recently purchased a subscription and it isn’t appearing as active in the New York app, try the following steps to sync your account with your new subscription:
- Visit the hamburger menu icon located on the bottom right of the app screen.
- Tap “Your Account” on the list of menu items to see your current subscription status.
- If you do not see an active subscription notice and your subscription should appear as active, continue to the following steps:
- Quit and reopen the application. When you reopen the app, go back to the hamburger menu icon located on the bottom right of the app to visit “Your Account.”
- Look for a note at the top of the screen highlighting your active subscription.
- Click “Account Settings” to review additional information about your subscription status.
- Log out of the app and log back in. Log out of the app from the screen featuring “Your Account.”
- Once you’ve clicked the “log out” button, you will be returned to a login screen.
- After logging back into the app, go back to the hamburger menu icon located on the bottom of the app screen and click on “Your Account.”
- You should now see a note at the top of the screen highlighting your active subscription.
