Set Up Digital Access

All subscribers to New York are entitled to full digital access on nymag.com, including the Cut, Vulture, Intelligencer, Grub Street and now Curbed. To begin using your account, as a new subscriber or a subscriber using the site for the first time, you’ll need to set up a digital log-in by inputting your email address and password.

How Do I Create My Digital Log-in and Link My Account?

1. Click Sign in at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Enter your email address then hit submit.
3. On the sign-up page, create a password and click "Create Account".
4. You will then get a message that says "Account Created" .

From this screen, you should then be able to click the button that states " View account". Once you click view account, you will be taken to your subscription where you can access your account profile.

As an existing subscriber, how do I gain digital access?

1. Head over to the Sign In option on the top right hand corner of the page.
2. Enter the email address that you used, during the time of purchase.
3. After your email is submitted, you should see "Account" listed on the right hand corner of the page you are on.
4. If you opted to login via Facebook, Google or Apple, you will be prompted to do so here.
5. After you choose the correct selection, you will be directed to your account page.

If you cannot remember your password, click on "Don't remember you password?" and a reset password link will be sent to your email. 

As a Print Subscriber, how do I link my account to gain digital access?

1. Click Sign in at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Enter your email address then hit submit.
3. On the sign-up page, create a password and click "Create Account".
4. You will then get a message that says "Account Created" .
5. Click on "View Account" and it will direct to the account page.
6. Navigate to the Subscription and Billing portion of your profile. 
7. Click on "Use my account number" and input the number that is located on the bottom of your magazine label.

Please use this illustration to locate your 9 Digital Account number on the mailing label of your print issue. (Use the last 9 digits, minus the last number)
