Referral Program Terms. Must be a current New York magazine subscriber residing in the United States to make a referral and earn referral rewards (“Referrer”). Vox Media employees are not eligible to be Referrers or earn Rewards. Except for Ineligible Purchases (defined below), Referrers earn a USD $10 reward (“Reward”) for each eligible person (“Referee”) who purchases an annual print or digital New York magazine subscription (“Annual Subscription”) using the Referrer’s referral url (“Referral Link”). A Referee must (i) not be an existing New York magazine subscriber, (ii) not have previously redeemed a Referral Discount, and (iii) purchase an Annual Subscription using a Referral Link. Referees receive the discount specified at the Referral Link off their first Annual Subscription (“Referral Discount”); other subscription types, products, or services are not eligible. Referral Discounts may not be combined and each Referee may only redeem one Referral Discount. Referral Discounts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other reward. Annual Subscription purchases that are refunded, charged back, or flagged for fraud or abuse are ineligible for Rewards (“Ineligible Purchase”). Referrer Rewards will be eligible for redemption via the Tremendous platform within 62 days after a Referee’s Annual Subscription purchase. To redeem, Referrers must register an account with Tremendous, LLC (subject to Tremendous’ terms of service, privacy policies, and any other requirements set by Tremendous) and select from available Reward types. Reward types are subject to change. Referrers are responsible for any fees and/or taxes associated with their receipt or use of Rewards. Referrers may earn up to a maximum of 199 Rewards, subject to change at Vox Media’s discretion. By opening a Referral Link or purchasing an Annual Subscription, Referees agree that their name and referral redemption status may be shared with the Referrer and Tremendous. Vox Media reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time and to withhold Rewards in cases of fraud or abuse or violation of these terms or its other policies. These terms are subject to change. Void where prohibited.
