Program Terms
Curated giveaways, discounts, and other perks (“Offer”) from New York-based businesses (“Participating Vendors”) available only to active monthly or annual digital subscribers (“Eligible Subscribers”) to New York magazine (“Program”). Each Offer is only valid for redemption during the time period specified and only at the participating locations specified for each Offer. Limit 1 Offer per Eligible Subscriber, single use only. New Offers will be launched approximately monthly; the exact frequency may vary depending on the availability of Participating Vendors. Vox Media does not guarantee an Offer will be available every calendar month. Offers have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or returned for cash or any other product or service other than that specified in the Offer. Offers are issued as mobile coupons; smart phone mobile device with internet or cellular data required for Offer redemption. Vox Media will not be responsible for and fully disclaims any and all liability to Eligible Subscribers for any inability to redeem an Offer, whether due to technological error, supply limitations, a Participating Vendor’s failure or inability to honor an Offer, or any other reason. Vox Media will not be liable to Eligible Subscribers or any other party for any bodily harm, property damage, or any other injury or loss incurred as a result of redeeming an Offer or using or consuming a Participating Vendor’s products, services, or facilities.
